Cluster Webmin Servers? that is a new one to me. Where was that?
Also don’t understand why uninstall spamassassin?
I’m suprised that is the only thing that complained
OK, maybe don’t do that? Virtualmin shouldn’t choke without it, so that’s a bug, but still…I think this indicates you have the spam scanning Feature enabled in Virtualmin in Features and Plugins, and it uses SpamAssassin for that feature.
To fix this, reinstall the SpamAssassin Webmin module or disable spam scanning in Features and Plugins (though that’s tricky without a working UI, you could do it with the CLI, or just reinstall the module until you’ve disabled the feature in all your Virtualmin virtual server accounts).
I’ll ask @Ilia to make sure the UI doesn’t break on a missing module.
I haven’t uninstall spamassassin but a he module on all host. I’ Ve tried ti disabile the function serverwide to reduce Memory use. I dont use mail in any server
There is an option for that uncheck Accept mail for domain in each VS
But there is another potential problem as when you set up a VS there is a mailbox created (an email address to which all messages related to this virtual server will be sent. By default they will be sent to the administration user who owns the server.) although this can be set to an external email I don’t think it can be disabled for the whole box.
so Install the above module this will, perhaps, recreate
/etc/webmin/spam
which is the folder your missing. but is the UI broken in the other servers in the cluster, if not you may be able to install the module from there, unless of course you only have 1 server in the cluster
I bought virtualmin pro to receive assistance. if needed I can provide server passwords. otherwise I would like to receive a solution to the problem. if I was a sysadmin I would have fixed it already, but at that point I wouldn’t have activated the pro. I don’t understand what and who is answering me and why
