j’ai une petite question, qui sera sûrement simple pour beaucoup, mais je bloque dessus. J’ai plusieurs serveurs virtuel, avec des boîtes email, et des alias.

Tout fonctionne bien, mais parfois, certains mails envoyés à un alias (par exemple, test@ndd.fr), n’est pas redirigé, et je ne reçois rien sur la boîte mail de destination.

J’ai tenté de créer une vraie boite Email “test@ndd.fr”, et là, je reçois bien les mails. Auriez-vous une explication, de pourquoi avec une vraie boite Email, je reçois bien tous les mails, mais avec un alias, certains mails ne sont pas traités ?

Bonjour, je me permets de relancer le sujet, car toujours pas eu d’aide. Pensez-vous que cela vienne d’un filtre anti-spam, ou d’un paramétrage manquant ?
Pour ré-expliquer le problème, si je créé une boite alias, qui redirige le courrier vers une boite Gmail par exemple, certains mails ne sont pas transférés.
En revanche, quand je créé cette boite mail réellement (avec nom d’utilisateur, mot de passe etc), là, tous les email arrivent bien dessus.
La question est pourquoi quand c’est un alias, certains mails n’arrivent pas sur la boite Gmail ? (bien entendu, j’ai vérifier dans les spam, rien non plus).

I have a quick question, which will probably be simple for many, but I’m stuck on it. I have several virtual servers, with email accounts and aliases.

Everything works fine, but sometimes, certain emails sent to an alias (for example, test@ndd.fr) aren’t forwarded, and I don’t receive anything in the destination mailbox.

I tried creating a real email account, “test@ndd.fr”, and there, I receive the emails just fine. Do you have any explanation for why, with a real email account, I receive all emails correctly, but with an alias, some emails aren’t processed?

To explain the problem again, if I create an alias account that redirects emails to a Gmail inbox, for example, some emails aren’t forwarded.

However, when I create the actual Gmail account (with a username, password, etc.), all emails arrive there correctly.
The question is, why do some emails not arrive in the Gmail inbox when it’s an alias? (Of course, I’ve checked my spam folder, and it’s not there either.)

Could be the spf and dmarc.
Try a forwarding to the email address given at this site and see it receives and what results it gives.

gmail could send to spam (or reject), have you checked?
What policy have you entered in dmarc. reject or quarantine?

You’ve got to look at the logs. There’s no way for us to guess where mail goes.

On most modern systems, that would be the postfix unit in the journal. You can use the System Logs module to look at the journal and search it, or you can use journalctl.

Policy=none, that should deliver to gmail, gmail may mark it as spam still.

Are the missing emails in the spam box at gmail? The emails getting to gmail, sounds like there spam system could catching them.

This may help when gmail will accept. Them excepting doesn’t mean they won’t mark as spam.

I used a Gmail address as an example, but it happens with others (Outlook, etc.). The emails never end up in spam. They don’t exist there.

Your test to learndmarc shows your emails are going out, so not sure what else could be the problem.

Nobody can offer a solution if you won’t find what the problem is. You need to look at the log to see where mail addressed to GMail addresses ends up and if there are actionable errors/failures.

perhaps turn dnssec off you need to look at your config files to see if you have it switched on. The error indicates that you have it switched on

I check my log file for the foward and its should look like this (from yahoo and forwards to gmail)
