Urgent!! Dedicated CGI / FCGI Problems

Hi,
We are using scprit cover any PHP/laravel on dedicated of Hetzner Company. *We are provide e-mail marketing platform services to client, using HTML responsive template, there are some link as social media, blog, company info etc . When the subscriber click to any links; we are save it on database - cover to subject link on page.

There are some problems on working of link as like this ;

Situation/Section
Server Reboot or Start > Everything is working as normal > after 30 min. > it is not working as like three section

A1 ) PHP script execution mode : FCGId (run as virtual server owner)
Maximum PHP script run time : Unlimited
on this situation; the link is working after 1-3 min

A2) PHP script execution mode : FCGId (run as virtual server owner)
Maximum PHP script run time : Limited as 30 sec
on this situation; the link is not working, show up ‘Internal Server Error’

A3) PHP script execution mode : CGI wrapper (run as virtual server owner)
on this situation ; the result is ‘GATEWAY TIMEOUT’

When we restart to server; all problems are solved till 30 min and then it start to show problems again. The problems is not solve actual time.

**If we configration as like upside on cloud vps , all section is working as normal, there is no any problems. Our problems just settle dedicated server under this situation.

How we can solve this problem ? Your reply will be appreciated.

Best Regards

Hi, Help me pls.

It might pay for you to put this on stack overflow forums or howtoforge forums. You will get a fast answer there.

I think the source of the problem is Virtualmin.

This doesnt have anything to do with Virtualmin but rather your server and/or script.

I mean, in A2 of course you will get that error if you set limit to 30 sec and you already know from A1 case that it will take 1-3 min to execute. The chance for this problem to be caused by Virtualmin is almost impossible. First check your script and links because i saw many times how one small plugin/script can cause a havoc in the system… for example WP Facebook plugins were notorious for this “feature”.
