Updates failing on Webmin 1.780/Virtualmin 4.16 - 404 not found

I’m trying to install available updates for Webmin 1.780 and Virtualmin 4.16 GPL. However, I’m getting this error:

http://software.virtualmin.com/gpl/universal/repodata/cf4aa549b72faa92490b70b99caf9b84e85cd65b-filelists.sqlite.bz2: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - “The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found”
Trying other mirror.
Error: failure: repodata/cf4aa549b72faa92490b70b99caf9b84e85cd65b-filelists.sqlite.bz2 from virtualmin-universal: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

… install failed!

It appears the repodata for this version does not exist. (cf4aa549b72faa92490b70b99caf9b84e85cd65b)

Can anyone kindly point me in the right direction?

I’m working on the fix for this in the repos, and hope to have it sorted out by tonight.

The short term solution is just to run:

# yum clean all

And then run your update.
