Update to SSL cert causes email client SSL/TLS to stop working

Hi guys,
recently my webmin mail server SSL was updated. Immediately, my windows 10 mail, outlook, and thunderbird email clients stopped sending mail (incoming and outgoing IMAP were set to use SSL/TLS). Also on android mobile, the same thing happened.

I could recieve emails but not send.

in windows10 mail, i tried to delete and recreate email account but it wont work in windows 10 mail anymore…i cannot send emails only recieve them)

For other email clients where i can manually configure settings a little more precisely, changing from SSL/TLS to START/TLS solved the problem.

I am now afraid any of my clients using SSL/TLS with windows10 mail will have the same problem. How to resolve this so they dont have issues with them complaining?
