Hi people,
I’m having similar problems.
Just tried to update scripts and got these errors:

1.Upgrading MediaWiki to version 1.6.7
FAILED
Requires PHP5

2.Upgrading phpBB to version 2.0.21 …

PHP module pgsql is required ..
Enabling module in PHP configuration ..
        .. done

Module is not available even after installation!

  1. Would we not have PHP5 on the system by now? (Seems its been around a long time)

  2. Similar problem?

Cheers,

Himagain

Uhhhhh you do realize that you just posted your username and password for your VM license ? Not smart dude…

No, I didn’t realize that. And in fact I can’t seem to edit it. Sweet.

Yeah, we’re moving off of Fireboard as soon as possible (sometime this coming week). I just have to write a new migration script, and finish figuring out which forum we’ll be switching to (SMF is the front-runner at the moment, but it has its own issues).

Don’t worry about the license data. I’ve sanitized it, and will issue Daniel a new license shortly and send along details on how to update your box with the new info. It’s not a big deal (I’ve been toying with PHP regexes to see if I can write a filter that will automatically sanitize any such mentions in th future…it happens about once every month or so, and will probably become more common in the future as our userbase (hopefully) increases in size).

I believe this problem has been resolved in the Debian/Ubuntu repositories. It was a bug introduced in my repository maintenance script while adding a new repository for the GPL version of Virtualmin.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

We had the same error. Two options to fix that at https://www.virtualmin.com/node/38276#comment-756064
