I am using the format name@domain for the username. If I send an email from outside to an e-mail address it works without problems but when I send an e-mail form an user of the domain to an other user of the domain I get some user missing error.
Can you post which email addresses from and to you exactly tried to send?
Also please post the full log excerpt from the delivery attempt, and please put it in

tags. The contents of the file /etc/postfix/virtual would be interesting too (you can edit it afterwards, since it contains all your email addresses).
I am trying to send a mail using mail PHP to a local e-mail address called office@domain.com
The address exists and it works if I send form an other server to that address but if I send from the same host where the e-mail server for that address resides is not working.
This is the part regarding the office adress. Also there are 2 linux users with the same UID
office@domain.ro and office-domain.ro I really don’t understand why is the system looking after an office user.

Can you please answer all my questions, otherwise I can’t help you. I can’t guess what’s going wrong really:

The “virtual” file contains only that one line for you? That’s a bit odd. I’d expect something with “comenzi” in it, since according to your log, the mail was to be sent to that address (“comenzi@autohut.ro”), and being redirected to “office@autohut.ro”. Somewhere in your Postfix config that redirection should be defined.
