Unable to renew lets encrypt certificate (Hetzner Cloud Server & Ubuntu)

Hello everyone, I’m facing a problem that I have been dealing with for years. I own several cloud servers, running operating systems from Ubuntu 18.04 to 22.04. Unfortunately, I always have to manually request a Let’s Encrypt certification because it doesn’t work automatically. Could this issue possibly be related to the Hetzner Cloud Server? What could be the cause of this?

what does letsencrypt.log say? what’s the error message?
using certbot for autorenewals (but not virtualmin) in hetzner cloud, never faced a problem.

I apologize, I just noticed that under “Server Configuration > SSL Settings” the option “Default (21 days)” is selected. I was under the impression that it would always be 30 days by default. I will wait for now.

PS: no errors in the logs, because don’t try to get the renew
