I’d like some help / more information on the following. We’ve recently set up a new server with a back-up from an older version. Now some of our users can’t seem to edit their email settings. As an admin user (from the virtual domain) logs on and tries to edit the forward settings they get the error:
Failed to save user : You are not allowed to forward email to ‘@.**’
I’ve checked the account plan settings with a different server, where admin users can alter forward settings and they are the same see:
Is their anything I’m missing?
