I am able to login to virtual min but unable to connect to usermin. I get an error “Connection was reset”. How do I fix this ?

You might try restarting Usermin… you can do that with:
/etc/init.d/usermin restart
If that doesn’t help, do you see any errors in /var/usermin/miniserv.error?
