Ubuntu 22.04 - Broken MySQL user edit

Error Failed to save user : A database login with the same name already exists.
When modifying a user or add/remove rights to a database.
Please tell me if you see this problem and what the solution could be.

Changing user password using MariaDB Database module works just fine for me.

Could you provide more details (with a screenshot) on where you’re trying to change the password and with which error it fails?
