Transfer Virtual Server for domains with alias sub servers fails

Using the Transfer Virtual Server option to another server fails for domains which have alias sub servers. For domains without alias sub servers it works. Any ideas ?

Hi

Out put from the GUI doesn’t give much info.

Backing up to destination system …
… backup to remote system failed!
… transfer failed

I thought this post might give the reason http://www.virtualmin.com/node/36772

So I added the sub server domain name to additional ErrorLog and CustomLog directives but still no joy.

For this particular site when running the virtualmin backup-domain command and saving locally it threw an error when trying to copy the Logrotate configuration.

For another site which also has alias subservers I managed to successfully run the virtualmin backup-domain command locally, (trying the GUI transfer failed), but restoring the site did not create the sub server.
