The email got not synch ( Server not reachable) after reboot server due to auto update in virtualmin

I need your support to restore my email working on the outlook.

there were Upgrade request the reboot, and after that the email got failed and IMAP/SMTP not connecting to the server .

The server process has been check and all are up.

Are you able to show us your mail logs from inside virtualmin?

When you say IMAP is not syncing, is that also the case with Usermin? Or is it only when you try to open emails in your desktop pc/or mobile phone email Outlook app?

Did you try changing from START TLS/SSL to just SSL (PORT 465 and 993)?
