System and Server Status: check if webpage is up

Hello, I need to monitor whether a certain webpage is up and contains a specific content. I figured I can use the HTTP Request monitor but I am having some problems with the regex format. Can anyone give an example of a regex to enter in the Page must match regexp field in order to check if the page contains some specific text?
