Suspend inactive mail accounts

Hi

I have a mail server and I want to suspend mail accounts that have not been accessed in a long time.
Is it possible to list the email accounts that have not been accessed by pop / imap for example in a year?

I’ve found " Last email login" in control panel.
Is there a way to list last access for all email accounts by command line ?
