on a webserver using whm/cpanel I edited the DNS zone of a domain and added demo with an A name pointed to my home webserver using virtualmin.
I then setup a new virtual server called demo.domain.com and waited fort the DNS to propagate. a few hours later success, my demo.domain.com was showing up with my companies staging area.
only one problem, mod_rewrite appeared to be malfunctioning. I recieve the following errors and cannot figure out the problem, I am thinking it has something to do with the virtual server being a subdomain but cannot figure out what to do in order to get my SEFU modules working which use mod_rewrite.
