Strange quota problem with virtualmin

SYSTEM INFORMATION
OS type and version centos 7 min
Virtualmin version virtualmin 7.5

for some strange reason setting quota on the plans of virtualmin and even you set it in the plan no quota is set it is unlimited, only thru webmin i was able to set quota properly is there a new problem in virtualmin with quota??

Do your hard drives have quotas enabled?

yes it is enabled
