Strange Process is Eating my Server Memory

Hello,

I have strange process that is eating my server resources, and i noticed that the process is starting every Thursday at about 2:00 in the night.

The process is eating all my server memory and when i am able to check Running Processes i see something like this:

and when i click on 298 i see this:

In apache2.Conf File I tried to limit MaxKeepAliveRequests 100 to MaxKeepAliveRequests 15

But the process repeated again this Thursday.

How to understand what causes this process to start?

Please help and advice!
