SSL issues with new installation

Hi all, OK, next issues, both related I think.
Firstly, if I type http://gmcomputers.co.za, it loads fine, however, https://gmcomputers.co.za does not. It NEVER loads. Apache SSL website is enabled in virtual server settings. Please can someone assist with why this is happening.
Secondly, my browser is saying that the LetsEncrypt Certificate is not valid when going to https:// <ip_address>:10000. Yes, I have ensured that the certificate is set as default for all relevant websites.

Edit: Ok, sorted the issue of the https website not loading, it was my router settings. All sorted.
