i transfer my old sites to new vps
all 4 sites not have a problem with ssl
the site n 5 have this problem

simply follow that link - their explanation is very clear
it even gives a workaround
you have tried too many times to get the certificates for these domains, it looks like you are soft-locked and have to wait until after 2024-08-18T18:24 to try again.
If you keep trying before the time., your timeout will be extended.
