SSL Cert Problem Installation

Guys, I’m trying to add SSL to a Sub-server and it keeps installing the SSL Cert from another domain, therefore forwarding the sub to a completely different domain. I don’t even know where to begin looking at this issue. Has any one come across this?.. Thanks
