SSL Cert Generation Fails

If I try and add an SSL Cert i get the following error:

Expected certificate file /etc/letsencrypt/keys/cert.pem was not found

Any ideas how I can rectify this so that I can generate an SSL?

Ok, so it looks like this is an issue within Virtualmin. Is there a way to rectify the problem, or will we have to wait for it to be commited to the next update? Any ideas of an eta?
