Some virtual servers' SSL certifcates have expired : disabled domains

I have some sites that has SSL certificates that are disabled.
However when I am login in in Virtualmin it ii showing
" Warning!
SSL Certificate Warning
Some virtual servers’ SSL certifcates have expired "

Is it som way to turn of warning for “disabled domains” sense it is pointless to warn for those.
I just make people miss important warnings.

I have the same issue now, and i can’t seem to delete or disable the expired (Lets Encrypt) certificate… any suggestions? I guess i could set up a self signed one to replace it but that seems less than ideal (it’s a disabled domain)
