Some emails are not forwarded, e.g. service@, admin@ etc

This is related to this unsolved post here, which is very old now.

If you setup a forwarder inside a users mailbox, some emails are not forwarded. For example, or I think other ones like admin or administrator or something are not also.

This is really bad, as customers are missing emails.

How can we disable this on a server wide basis?
