Software.virtualmin.com not accepting my login

Trying to perform a manual install, but unable to access software.virtualmin.com as your website login form for software.* returns an error that my account credentials were input wrong. Propagation issue? Will waiting a day fix the issue? I can login to other portions of your website.

Two things:

  1. You almost certainly should not do a manual installation. It is nearly always a mistake. Whatever reason you have for doing a manual installation is probably not good enough. I recommend you ask about your use case, first, before embarking on a manual install. Maybe an automatic install will work, and you just need a little guidance.
  2. software.virtualmin.com authenticates with serial number and license key (from a Virtualmin or Cloudmin Pro license), not your credentials from Virtualmin.com. If you don’t have Pro, you use the GPL repositories, which do not require authentication. (Index of /vm/6/gpl) But, again, you almost certainly should not be accessing it directly. The install script sets up repo access, either apt or yum/dnf.
