Its 2010 and I am still seeing this problem, can you confirm its been fixed or do I have to hack the code

Well, the Webmin version they’re referencing above has since been released… and in theory, that would have fixed this specific problem.
So, if you’re seeing problems with that ATM, my recommendation would be to file a bug report so that Jamie can work with you to review what the problem is.
