Server propogation for virtualmin

is it possible with virtualmin to have domain propogation??

i guess it is needed two nameserver but the point is that taking a small server from velia i have one nameserver only the second goes to dns-parking

what i mean, i have a server that is the dns server of my dedicated server the ip is 92.204.174.134 assigned to ns1.specialwebdesign.cf where i create in freenom and i give to custom nameservers the ns1.specialwebdesign.cf and ns2.dns-parking.com would be able the dns propagaton will be able to find this domain and the ip of the nameserver?
