ok after re-reading that i feel like a idiot…

anyway after changing that over i get this now

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.7.1 ************@live.co.uk… Relaying denied. Please check the message recipient *******************@live.co.uk and try again

Well, you won’t be able to send an email without having your mail client setup to authenticate.

However, it looks like when your browser was attempting to authenticate, something about that wasn’t working… and that’s the part we’ll need to solve.

If you’re connecting on port 25 for outgoing messages, you’ll want to use a plain text authentication type, not SSL or TLS.

If you want to use SSL, try having it use port 465 for outgoing messages.
