How do you allow sending emails from alias addresses, not just receiving?

You do that in your mail client just add a Reply-To address.
I don’t want a reply-to address, that’s not the same thing. On my first installation of Virtualmin, I had an email account in which Usermin allowed me to use a drop-down to select between the aliases. Now, on this installation, it’s gone.
Webmin->Usermin Configuration->Usermin Module Configuration->Read Mail->Allow editing of From: address
Thank you, this at least allows me to change it; is there a way to pull a list of available aliases? Or did my memory completely make that up?
I don’t know, actually. That sounds like something Jamie would implement, but where to configure it, if so, is not jumping out at me.
