Second DNSserver with an raspberry pi 3 - is it possible?

Hello,

i have installed Virtualmin on Ubuntu 16.04. I would like to use a second DNSserver on an raspberry pi 3. So no Virtualmin, but Bind installed on Raspbian. Is this possible?
