For my admin system (Dolibarr) I run every Sunday a Neither (all files, and don’t update the state). Every Monday to Friday at 0700 a Full (all files) with a Differential every 15 minutes starting 0715 running until 2000. The weekly backup I keep forever while the others I delete after 14 days. I backup to Dropbox and to AWS S3 Buckets. On top of that, my account with OVH make a full VM backup every night that it keeps for one week.
It might be overkill, but the perspective of losing my admin system data, make me freak out, it would kill my company.
