Roundcube Install - Fatal Error

Package updates	All installed packages are up to date

I have 2 out of 6 VS on one VM that are/have been using RoundCube.

The Admin of the other 4 has requested it installed on 2 of the other VS.
(simple yes)

one VS3 installed without incident the other VS4 gave a fatal error message.

RoundCube v1.6.9

I have gone to System Settings -> Re-Check Configuration and it seems ok.

So I returned to the previous VS3 and uninstalled then reinstalled Roundcube (using the Manage Web Apps page) - ok.

but VS4 refuses install -

Have you checked here for this server?

Yes - but all seems ok there

Thats strange. Maybe check php is working ok in terminal of the virtual server.

yes, that was it! cannot figure out why it was not running for this particular VS - a reboot fixed it - should have thought about that myself and just restarted it! but lazy me! - still working now and a note made to myself to not get into a panic so quickly next time
