Root domain not pinging [Closed]

Operating system: Ubuntu
OS version: 20.04

When created a fresh install, I used server domain as server.fastdmctl.com

Now I can ping server.fastdmctl.com but I cannot ping fastdmctl.com

I created A record for fastdmctl.com still it is not pinging

And it seems because of this Let’s Encrypt is not able to generate SSL certificate

Let’s Encrypt has nothing to do with pings.

Edit: I mean to say, your DNS is wrong.
