Reverted to GPL but still getting licence error

I followed the instructions at https://www.virtualmin.com/documentation/installation/uninstalling#toc-downgrading-virtualmin-professional-to-gpl-pEzV2CLA (including changing /etc/virtualmin-license) and restarted webmin but still get

**Warning!**
**A problem was detected with your Virtualmin license :**
The licence for this server expired on 2019-10-07 A renewal can be purchased at http://www.virtualmin.com/shop

rpm -Uvh --oldpackage wbm-virtual-server-6.09.gpl-1.noarch.rpm

and the message has gone away. But the jum repository is not woeking and I would like to get this fined, currently virtualmin.repo
