Remove option of virtual FTP-Server

In the Account-Plan I don’t have ticked the checkbox in “Allowed Feature” for ProFTPD virtual Server:

But it appears in the “create virtual Server” section:

Why?

And how can I fully remove the possibility to activate “Email receivement” for a domain?

Found it.
Need’s to be fully disabled in the VM-Settings:

Be able to only hide those options for the users would be a bit better… because in that way you could create an “Webspace only” plan, and a “EMail only” plan and a “Webmin & Mail” plan.
