Remote postfix monitor not working

SYSTEM INFORMATION
OS type and version Debian 11
Webmin version 2.001

tried to use "System and Server status’ and it works great, except for one service monitor.
postfix for remote/other (not local) servers doesn’t seem to recognize running postfix. always shows as “Down”. same problem in 2 webmin servers (both Debian 11/latest webmin) with running postfix.
all other services monitored so far for local+remote servers(including those with postfix), work without issues…

What could be the problem.

I make email relay after installing postfix
