Remote DNS using subdomain for slave server

Help! (Home for newbies)

I am at a bit of a loss on how to add the ns2 because the dnsz doesn’t exits on the slave ns, I can add it but it would still need to be a slave which can’t be modified to verify the domain. Can’t get the main server and slave ns to talk because the cert is invalid. So I keep going in a big circle, any suggestions ?
