Regarding Roundcube installation issue

Failed to run database setup script : ERROR 1071 (42000) at line 51 in file: ‘/home/vm202/public_html/roundcube/SQL/mysql.initial.sql’: Specified key was too long; max key length is 767 bytes.
How can I solve this issue?

you need to give
os type and version
virtualmin version
mysql version
and did you use the virtualmin script installer to attempt to install roundcube ?

Virtual MIN-7.5
Mysql-5.5.68
yes I am using virtualmin script

make sure you have set mysql like this and try again. You may consider changing your OS to a more modern one that has better support (rocky or alma or a total change ubuntu or debian) and will support higher versions of mysql
