"Redirect all requets to SSL site" suggested fix plus "Website Redirects" question

For me, when selecting in the Web Configuration > Website Options both “Redirect all requets to SSL site” and “www to non-www”, and then trying the URL http://www.[WEBSITE] the redirect is to https://[WEBSITE]//www.[WEBSITE]
This is fixed if editing the http to https redirect in Website Redirects from the “redirect to a new protocol” with the $1 to “URL at another website” https://[WEBSITE]/$1 similar to the way the www to non-www redirect is formatted.
And this leads to my two question:
Is there a way to delete the admin and webmail redirects (which I do not use) in “Website Redirects”?

Thank you! using your reply I found editing the redirects for existing websites in Web Configuration > Configure [SSL] Website > Edit Directives

Regarding my report, those are the redirects for non-www https (and ip) that seem to work well for me for the default and non-default websites:
