Please help, what is nothing wrong in this configuration?

Php 5.2.17, what distro is that? Another thing i really hope this is not public server as with that php version you are just asking for trouble http://www.cvedetails.com/vulnerability-list/vendor_id-74/product_id-128/version_id-106044/PHP-PHP-5.2.17.html.

It looks like Virtualmin isn’t seeing MySQL there (or possibly it’s not configured yet).

Which distro and version is that?

And is this a new installation? If so, how was the install performed, was it using the install.sh script?

Lastly, what is the output of this command:

rpm -qa | grep -i mysql
