Hello. I have a problem with a Virtualmin installation that has several virtual servers. I get random Gateway errors on different pages on all the servers. The log files give me a general timeout error “Timeout waiting for output from CGI scripts” with no max seconds displayed. I would like to know what settings can determine this kind of error. And if “/etc/httpd/conf/httpd. conf” overwrites all virtual server website option timeout settings. Thanks.

Are you seeing that problem with one particular site, or with all websites?
Also, what PHP Execution Mode is being used? You can see that in Server Configuration -> Website Options.

It happens on multiple sites. In PHP I have the Maximum PHP script run time of 380 seconds, but the gateway error appears much earlier.
