hello can anyone help me with me issues i have dded the dmarc record to my namecheap server but im still having problems
Edit the 1st post and put a newline after the System Info table so it formats correct and displays the screenshots.

have have fixed both theses problems but they are still showing up the same problems i have postfix and dovecot both installed on my virtualmin pro server
The error says it you missing a email address, I don’t have a rua only ruf, maybe remove that
ok i will sort it out later as i need to go off now

The image shows the DMARC record as they see it - a semi-colon ; separated list.
Their analysis of ruf indicates “Comma separated plain text Urls”
I have not seen that error before or use of ruf.
But it suggests to me that it is the : at fault. Does it really need “mailto:”?
p and sp=none, so you policy is to do nothing, if p or sp=quarantine then the message would get quarantine, if p or sp=reject, then the message would get rejected. its says it in the warning. basically you have disabled the policy and doing nothing.
