This is certainly a technical problem since with me there is nothing missing.
And the problem is in the connection:

O erro de licença na reinicialização pode ser causado por um bug no firewall CSF que, na reinicialização, interrompe temporariamente todas as conexões IPv6 já abertas. Relatamos esse problema ao CSF , mas ainda não obtivemos resposta.
The problem was in the definition of the nameservers, I was using the dns of the provider. When I made the change in Webmin → Networking → Network Configuration → Hostname and DNS Client
Entering the IP of use first, then the IPV6 and then the IP’s of the servers in the provider everything returned to normal.
