hi to everybody
i just install Bacula BackUp, i tried twice, but not effect, bacula is still in unused module
i tried Bacula Restore, and it´s succefully installed in first tried.
why?

My system is new , 1month of life, i it works wonderfully!
Some of the modules are out of date. They don’t see much use and kinda fall between the cracks.
Have you tried clicking on module configuration and seeing if there is anything there that helps?

i downloaded modules from Index of /download/modules
i tried 2 modules bacula backup and bacula restore, and i use webmin/webmin configuration / webmin modules.
in both cases i get sucess ( option report success) , but bacula restore appear in “system”, but bacula backup remain in “un-used modules”
You didn’t install Bacula.
You installed the Webmin module for configuring and managing Bacula. Without Bacula, Webmin’s Bacula module can’t do anything.
If you just want to backup your system, just use the Filesystem Backup module. It uses standard tools that are already available on most systems. And, if using Virtualmin, you should also use the domain backup feature in Virtualmin to make it easy to selectively backup and restore your domains.

where i can get bacula, can i install it with out problems with rest of server ( its work perfect, very balanced)?
i user schedule backup for virtual server, but now i try to get a “snapshop” of my complete server (may be w/o virtual servers) for emergency

I don’t know. I’ve never used it, and it’s not our software. I don’t think the Webmin module is very heavily used, though I do see a few closed tickets about bugfixes and such, with one as recent as February of this year, so I guess it is still somewhat actively maintained and still works.
