You have not setup Dmac and at least SPF (user Create User I see the domain)( can you monitor the log when you send the mail for whats going on.
the reply might be getting blocked. what are you using to test? Gmail is a good for testing.
Hmm. That was rather stupid of me!
I set up a completely new separate VPS on the box (having burnt my fingers once with the client’s) I did not take adequate care to set it up.
So my emails (that are not sent from a gmailgoogle account but a reliable personal account of some 50 years with a equally long established and reliable provider). Did not arrive at the test (as you point out) but did arrive at the client’ noreply@
I’m not sure why your suggestions did not seem to work - probably all my fault and once again thanks for trying.
I am for now accepting @calport 's input as the solution as it does seem to be the quick answer to the client’s problem - Empty the inbox after each day.
I have never dug too deeply into Usermin so something learned.
