Pro to acces?

How do we log a pro support ticket? I do not have any way to send messages and asks me for a username and password but doesn’t accept my current credentials? Also I had an outstanding ticket about the default website behavior…how can i track that one?

Support is now handled by sending a private message to @staff here in the forum.

The software repo was broken until this afternoon, but should be working currently (with both old pre-migration licenses and new licenses (it was only working with old licenses for a few hours after the migration due to an oversight on my part).
