Previous boot log?

In “View Journaly”, I’m only able to choose the current boot, but since it’s very practical to understand the reason for reboot, I would like to see at least the previous boot, if not other boots as well.

Is there a way to add previous boot to the list as well. Especially the end of the journal from it?
