When I “install Postgrey now,” in the “email Greylisting” section of Virtualmin under “email messages,” it appears everything installs OK. However, I’m not able to start Postgrey after install. I get the below during install and then a message: “Greylisting is not available on this system : The Postgrey user postgrey does not exist
However, Virtualmin can attempt to automatically install the Postgrey greylisting package for you.”
I have checked “Bootup and Shutdown” in Webmin and Postgrey is set to start at boot. It shows a running status of “unknown.” I’m not sure where to look next. Any help is appreciated.
