Yeah, currently, Greylisting a Pro-only feature.
However, I recently saw Joe hint elsewhere in the forums that moving that into the GPL version soon may be in the plans.
So perhaps in the near future that’ll work just fine for you!

It’s in 3.69, rolling out sometime this weekend.
But, postgrey should already be in the GPL repos for CentOS 5. What OS are you using?
I can not get this option to show up under Email Messages.
I am on CentOS 5.3, Virtualmin 3.68 GPL. A fairly new, clean installation (and all working very well).
No postgrey package was available so I got it from DAG (otherwise my system is standard). The postgrey service is running. I logged out/in, restarted webmin/usermin, rechecked the config, etc. all to no avail.
Being new to Virtualmin I am probably missing something obvious but have not been able to figure it out. Any ideas?
