Postfix no longer working. fatal: bind x.x.x.x port 25: Cannot assign requested address

Hi could anyone please help me get postfix back up. It was working great, but after a reboot last night now the mail.err log gives me this:

postfix/master fatal: bind x.x.x.x port 25: Cannot assign requested address

Now my mail message queue is just filling up and I can’t flush it. I can stop and restart postfix but that doesn’t help.

I’d really appreciate any help on this. Thanks again.

Andreychek has now helped fix this on IRC. Basically it was due to me using the external IP instead of the internal on my virtual servers.
